### Job Title: Facility Management Services Coordinator

Concept Technical is seeking a skilled Facility Management Services Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting a range of facility and event management functions, ensuring smooth operations across the site.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Project Coordination: Collaborate with third-party companies to implement ad-hoc projects as requested by the Head of FM Service.
* Office Moves & Layouts: Organize and coordinate office accommodation requests, including office moves and layouts for employees.
* User Request Coordination: Manage complex user requests related to facility management (FM) services, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

### What You'll Do:

As the ECSAT Facility Management Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various services and projects, ranging from office accommodation requests to event support, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head of FM Services to ensure seamless delivery of FM services across the site.
