Job Title: Client Services Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments, clinic requests, and referrals from Private GP practices.
  • Liaise with patients, medical secretaries, and consultants to ensure efficient communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Support the Business Development Manager with related tasks and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient activities in accordance with company processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
