Contract Type: Fixed-term, full-time.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional experience for participants enrolled in our Executive Education programmes. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will oversee a variety of administrative functions critical to participant engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to applicants and participants across various Executive Education programmes.
  • Organize and schedule interviews for candidates with appropriate team members.
  • Ensure the prompt processing of accepted applications, including sending acceptance notifications, preparing visa documentation, and managing payment information.
  • Assist the Sales team by evaluating incoming leads to determine programme suitability.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage prospect details in Salesforce CRM, upholding high standards of customer service.

You will possess a strong focus on customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate and sustain relationships effectively. Additionally, you must demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in marketing, editing, and telephone sales.

It is essential to have the Right to Work within the UK for this position.
