Client Relations Coordinator - Thame

Pertemps Aylesbury is actively seeking a Client Relations Coordinator for our manufacturing partner located in Thame.

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Global Customer Experience team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service from initial inquiry through to after-sales support.

This position centers around the entire lifecycle of sales and service transactions, including orders, quotations, customer agreements, and associated documentation such as certificates and bills of material, relevant for both domestic and international operations. Additionally, it encompasses logistics related to orders and various administrative responsibilities.

Compensation: £27,000

Working Hours: 9 am-5 pm

Employment Type: Permanent full-time office based

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing Sales or Service Quotations for accuracy, adhering to established business protocols and standards.
  • Processing Sales or Service Orders in alignment with essential requirements, ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions or specific contractual obligations for designated clients.
  • Managing administrative tasks associated with customer accounts, including updates on delivery and payment terms, collaborating cross-functionally with relevant departments (Finance, Operations & Logistics, Service, Sales).
  • Providing prompt confirmations to clients and internal teams regarding order statuses.
  • Evaluating LEADS assigned to facilitate the progression of client inquiries and needs into actionable opportunities, collaborating with sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Coordinating with the Operations team on quality concerns raised by clients or internal stakeholders related to orders, monitoring status and deliveries, as well as post-purchase support in defined regions.
  • Generating necessary order documentation (certificates for goods, delivery notes, customs paperwork, etc.) based on site or geographical requirements.
  • Participating in daily meetings with management, offering proactive updates on customer transactions and required actions, seeking leadership assistance, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams in Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and others.
Qualifications:
  • Background in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Transportation access due to the job location.
