We are seeking a Global Campaigns Director to spearhead the strategy, execution, and localization of our international brand initiatives across Deliveroo's diverse markets. This position reports directly to the Director of Brand and is part of the Brand & Experience team within the Global Marketing and Product organization. The role embraces a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Campaign Ownership: Collaborate with Insights, Marketing, Communications, and Social teams to develop an annual calendar of global and multi-market campaigns. Manage the entire process of global brand campaigns, from objective setting and brief writing to overseeing creative development and market rollout.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Work alongside Brand Media Measurement and Research & Insights teams to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for future initiatives. Regularly present findings to marketing and creative teams, as well as senior leadership.
  • Team Management: Supervise two direct reports, offering guidance and support. Provide consultation to local markets and the broader organization regarding creative production.
  • Creative Best Practices: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of creative outputs across all channels. Develop playbooks to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Toolkit Development: Partner with central and local teams to identify scalable solutions for brand challenges through creative toolkits and marketing playbooks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, delivering impactful global or multi-market campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing TTL production across various media, including TV, OOH, digital, social, and radio.
  • Experience in managing creative agencies and direct reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing global and cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to excel in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, technology, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
