About the Role

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Building Operations Lead. This role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of disrepair projects, with a focus on leading a team of professionals to achieve high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing team in the repairs/disrepair environment
  • Develop and implement operational processes to drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure effective project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Assess and manage risk to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a repairs/disrepair environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of contractor management and risk assessment
  • Recognized technical qualification, such as building surveying or a member of the Chartered Institute of Building
