Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Build Operations Manager to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an exciting asset in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational performance of the asset, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.
  • Work closely with the contractor management team to ensure effective management of soft services, including fit-outs, ongoing projects, and compliance.
  • Lead on creating a 5-star customer experience, ensuring all onsite tenants are satisfied with their service and retain their leases.
  • Manage budgets and oversee project management, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead on all compliance throughout the building, with a focus on Health & Safety, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider portfolio team to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building management in a multi-tenanted mixed-use commercial and retail building.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • IOSH certification desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
