Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Build Operations Manager to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an exciting asset in the heart of a major city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Technical Services Manager to manage contractor services and ensure the smooth operation of the building.
- Oversee the fit-out of incoming tenants and manage ongoing and new projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Lead on all compliance matters throughout the building, with a focus on Health & Safety and ensuring a 5-star customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with tenants and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building management, preferably in a multi-tenanted mixed-use commercial and retail building.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer experience.
- IOSH certification desirable but not essential.
