Position: Resident Building Manager

Location: Southwood Park, London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts

Salary: Competitive salary starting from £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and accommodation options.

Role Overview:

As a Resident Building Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the operational management of the estate, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage front-of-house responsibilities, addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Implement and uphold company standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise the site team, including both employed and contracted staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, ensuring all documentation is accurate and budgets are adhered to.
  • Manage maintenance tasks, ensuring timely logging and reporting of issues.
  • Participate in first responder training, with all costs covered by the company.
  • Handle parcel deliveries efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with various operational tasks, including addressing maintenance issues and supporting residents.
  • Ensure proper waste management and address minor maintenance tasks as needed.
