We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Manager to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall accountability of an exciting asset in the heart of a major city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Technical Services Manager to manage the contractor for soft services
  • Oversee the fit-outs of incoming tenants and manage ongoing and new projects
  • Lead on all compliance throughout the building with a focus on Health & Safety
  • Lead on creating a 5-star customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors
