Role Overview:
As a Resident Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the operational management of the estate, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Managing front-of-house operations, addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implementing and adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety regulations.
- Supervising the site team, including both employed and contracted staff.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinating with contractors, ensuring proper documentation and budget management.
- Managing maintenance tasks, both reactive and planned, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Performing necessary cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
- Completing first responder training, provided by the company, to manage minor emergencies.
- Handling parcel deliveries efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with various operational tasks, including resident support during emergencies.
- Managing waste disposal and addressing minor maintenance issues.
