Position Overview:

This role involves working 35 hours per week during term time plus 5 additional days.

Salary Grade: Grade 5 - SP9 to SP14

The core mission of this position is to empower every student to reach their full potential through focused support and intervention, as part of the school's Inclusion Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all facets of student well-being and academic achievement under the guidance of the Inclusion Team Leader.
  • Engage with parents, facilitate intervention groups, and lead Early Help meetings while addressing behavioral challenges among students.
  • Develop and implement Support Plans to address pastoral needs throughout the school environment.
