Position: Educational Support Specialist

Grade: 9. (SCP Actual salary £11,795 - £12,766 per annum)

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: 16 hours per week (3 days per week, am to pm)

Term: Term time plus 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Team to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize creativity and enthusiasm to motivate and engage students in their educational journey.
  • Focus on student interventions to enhance their ability to access the curriculum.
  • Implement strategies to develop and strengthen literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Adopt a personalized approach to planning and delivering tailored educational programs.
