Our staff is extraordinary, characterized by their passion, dedication, and inspiration. We believe in the strength of our teams across departments, working collaboratively to create an outstanding educational experience for our community.

Our Facilities

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our facilities to accommodate our increasing student body.

The Role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Attendance Support Specialist. This position involves assisting the Attendance Officer in accurately monitoring and documenting student attendance, as well as generating reports for school leaders to ensure tailored support for students with attendance challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining precise attendance records.
  • Address routine inquiries regarding attendance from staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Education Inclusion Service and other relevant organizations to tackle attendance concerns.
  • Provide early intervention for students at risk of attendance issues, ensuring consistent support for those with ongoing challenges.
  • Foster positive relationships with targeted students and their families to effectively address attendance matters.
  • Conduct regular home visits, necessitating a valid Driving License and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Proficient in ICT, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Administrative qualification.
  • Experience in a dynamic office setting.
  • Experience working with students, families, and external agencies.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment.
