About the Role

Adecco is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crisis Response Centre Agents. In this pivotal role, you will be part of a committed team delivering a round-the-clock service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Crisis Response Centre Agent, you will face a variety of challenges that require strong organizational skills and a professional telephone demeanor. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring closed-circuit television (CCTV)
  • Coordinating responses to emergency alarm systems
  • Handling out-of-hours inquiries from the public and external organizations

You will operate from a Control Room throughout your shifts, as remote work is not an option for this position.


Shift Patterns

Your work schedule will consist of a defined shift pattern that includes early, late, and night shifts. Specifically, the shift structure is:
  • 34 hours per week
  • 2 early shifts
  • 2 late shifts
  • 2 night shifts
  • 4 days off

This cycle will repeat over a 10-week period, followed by a flexible fortnight where you may be required to cover additional shifts based on operational needs.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, and possess at least 5 GCSEs or an NVQ Level 3, along with two years of relevant experience. You will thrive in a dynamic team environment, effectively managing various emergency situations that arise during your shifts.

Essential qualifications include:
  • Experience in public interaction
  • Proficiency in operating Windows-based software

A high level of focus is crucial to swiftly assess and resolve issues as they occur. Additionally, candidates should either hold or be willing to pursue a Public Space CCTV Surveillance SIA license.
