Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Emergency Service Officer within our organization. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

  • Full-time: 34 hours per week
  • Part-time: 15.84 hours per week

As our operations run continuously, candidates should be prepared for shift work on a rotating schedule. The typical work pattern involves 6 days on followed by 4 days off.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates with a background in customer service who possess strong attention to detail. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Responding to and coordinating calls from users of personal alarm systems.
  2. Managing potentially distressing situations with professionalism and care.

Experience with operating CCTV systems is a plus.
