Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Gigamon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience in the networking or network security space.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Experience with salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
