About the Role

The Commercial Performance and Enablement team is tasked with enhancing the commercial outcomes for the Business and Commercial Banking sector. In this role, you will oversee commercial and operational planning, performance management, and customer financial support strategies. Leading a substantial team, you will be responsible for executing strategies that translate into tangible results, ensuring the successful attainment of core commercial objectives.

We seek a values-driven leader who can foster collaboration across the Business and Commercial Banking division. You should be passionate about effecting change, adept at navigating challenges, and committed to innovation. As a strong people leader, you will inspire and energize teams across multiple locations.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive commercial acumen, with robust data analysis skills to convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Adherence to regulatory standards, demonstrating high ethical conduct and a proven track record in compliance matters.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, including interactions with financial regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities across diverse teams, with the ability to influence and engage colleagues beyond direct reporting lines.
  • Ability to make informed decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term objectives, while managing stakeholder interests effectively.
