Our client, an undisclosed organization, is actively seeking a Strategy Manager to enhance their team in London. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing the commercial strategy for their expanding array of product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough market, competitor, and customer analysis.
  2. Performing data assessments and developing business models, including advanced financial projections.
  3. Formulating and synthesizing options for commercial strategies and action plans.
  4. Leading go-to-market initiatives.
  5. Building commercial capabilities to boost revenue generation.
  6. Overseeing sales activities from inception to execution.
  7. Establishing, monitoring, and driving commercial key performance indicators.
  8. Identifying and removing obstacles to growth.
  9. Effectively communicating insights and strategies both verbally and in written formats.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles (4+ years).
  2. Background in commercial roles within a rapidly growing startup environment (2+ years).
  3. Strong capability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive strategy projects.
  5. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
