Job Summary

We seek an experienced professional to lead the proposal, design, and delivery of large-scale profitable projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing proposals and statements of work for major projects exceeding £100,000
  • Briefing and leading cross-functional project teams, maintaining strategic vision and goals
  • Ensuring optimal intellectual property delivery, iterating or ideating as needed
  • Estimating and specifying resources required for solution delivery, ensuring quality and profitability
  • Monitoring commercials across multiple projects, controlling costs and adjusting scope as necessary
  • Mentoring junior consultants to achieve skills, capabilities, and career progression

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to deliver commercial strategy across various therapeutic areas
  • Experience in launch strategy and building go-to-market models for clients
