About the Role
The Senior ISG Strategist EMEA is a highly visible position within State Street's Investment Solutions Group (ISG) focused on representing our multi-asset investment capabilities to clients and prospects globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective thought leadership initiatives to showcase ISG's expertise and capabilities.
- Train client-facing colleagues on ISG strategies' key merits and differentiators to enhance client engagement.
- Contribute to the strategic and tactical asset allocation investment process, collaborating with the Portfolio Management Team in EMEA and client-facing teams in the region.
- Identify opportunities for multi-asset investment solutions in EMEA and collaborate with team members globally to drive business growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ISG and its multi-asset investment capabilities, providing insights and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Help drive the multi-asset class/investment solutions business strategy to grow the practice in EMEA, participating in and contributing to ISG's strategic and tactical asset allocation investment process.
Requirements
- Strong multi-asset portfolio management skills and market knowledge.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that drives outcomes through collaboration with high-performance teams.
- Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in Business or Finance and/or CFA designation preferred.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar), along with developed quantitative skills, MS Office.
- Experience with multi-asset portfolio construction, ETFs, and model portfolios a plus.
- Ability to travel significantly.
