About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our creative strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing powerful, culturally relevant strategies that drive business results and inspire client audiences.

As a Strategic Creative Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth and success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing and presenting strategic plans and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of industries and clients, including consumer, corporate reputation, healthcare, sports, entertainment, issues, and public affairs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the creative strategy lead on key client accounts
  • Developing and executing research plans to inform strategic decisions
  • Analyzing data and insights to inform strategic recommendations
  • Developing and presenting strategic plans and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
