Job Title: Creative Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic creative strategies for top brands in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute creative strategies that drive business growth for clients.
  • Collaborate with media agency planning and programmatic teams to identify target audiences and develop creative assets.
  • Work with internal design teams to ensure creative templates are designed to best fulfill the strategy.
  • Present strategy recommendations to clients and ensure the strategy is executed to meet media KPIs.
  • Assist with new business opportunities and pitch when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a media agency with a good understanding of digital media planning.
  • Strong understanding of how data can inform creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
  • Strategic mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
