Job Overview

At Profiles Creative, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies and content plans across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive social media strategies and content plans to engage target audiences and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ideate and execute campaigns using various media formats, including video, image, and copy.
  • Assist in developing and managing content creator campaigns to amplify brand messaging and reach.
  • Develop and maintain tone of voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Schedule and deliver content across client channels, including community management and social media monitoring.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly reports to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Project manage all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial social media role, preferably in an agency or in-house B2C/D2C/ecommerce brand environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels, including content planning, ideation, and reporting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, creative briefing, data-driven listening tools, comprehensive reporting, and conceptualizing is a plus.
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, with the ability to ideate, voice, and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Strong creativity with high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
