Role Summary:

The Senior Infrastructure Strategist plays a pivotal role in supporting the investment initiatives of the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources program. This includes conducting thorough evaluations of potential investment opportunities and overseeing the management of existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Origination: Cultivate and lead networks within specific regions and sectors to identify investment opportunities and foster partnerships.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee and manage critical analyses during the due diligence phase for prospective investments.
  • Investment Monitoring: Collaborate with portfolio company boards and management teams to track performance and manage risks effectively.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in direct infrastructure or private market investments, preferably within institutional investment settings.
  • Strong academic background with relevant credentials.
  • In-depth knowledge of the private market investment process, from sourcing to execution and ongoing management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
