About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to join our team at Reed Epsom. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities to promote our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise funds and awareness for our organization.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute a range of on and offline marketing campaigns to promote our organization and extend our reach.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other materials, to promote our organization and its services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to produce effective communications and marketing materials that align with our brand and tone.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Provide timely and relevant reports to support the evaluation of marketing campaigns and activities.
Requirements
  • Marketing Qualifications: A formal qualification in marketing or a related field, with a good understanding of marketing principles, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and fundraising marketing.
  • Experience: Experience of raising income through marketing activity, including corporate and consumer fundraising.
  • Third Sector Experience: Experience of working in the third sector, preferably with experience of promoting similar fundraising activities to those offered by our organization.
  • Skills: Skilled in producing creative and project briefs for on and offline marketing campaigns, with experience of digital campaign support across SEO, social media, and paid search advertising.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
  • Website CMS: Experience of using website content management systems, email platforms, and creative design and editing software.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
