About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our Epsom office. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, tax, LPAs, estate administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high-volume caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, tax, LPAs, estate administration, and more.
  • Work closely with the firm's partners and junior lawyers to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Private Client law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience.
  • Previous experience handling a Private Client caseload.
  • Excellent business development skills.
  • Strong desire to grow with the firm.
  • Meticulous eye for detail.
