About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's established Private Client department in Surrey. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, tax, LPAs, estate administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with a high-volume caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, tax, LPAs, estate administration, and more.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on Private Client matters, including tax planning, estate administration, and court of protection.
  • Work closely with other departments, including tax and estate planning, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
