About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of wills, trusts, probate matters, court of protection, Tax, LPAs, estate administration, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a high-volume of Private Client cases, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
  • Provide expert advice to clients on Tax and LPAs
  • Work closely with the firm's partners and junior lawyers to deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client department
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience
  • Previous experience handling a Private Client caseload
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Strong desire to grow with the firm
  • Meticulous eye for detail
