About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of wills, trusts, probate matters, court of protection, Tax, LPAs, estate administration, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a high net worth (HNW) Private Client caseload, including wills, trusts, probate matters, court of protection, Tax, LPAs, estate administration, and other related matters.
  • Work closely with a close-knit team comprised of partners and junior lawyers to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience.
  • Previous experience handling a Private Client caseload.
  • Excellent business development skills.
  • Strong desire to grow with the firm.
  • Meticulous eye for detail.
