We specialize in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the automotive sector. Our company, LinkPoint Resources Limited, has an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join a leading car manufacturing company.

Compensation: £35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Medical + Other Benefits

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the new car market
  • Analyze the sales funnel to optimize sales performance
  • Track orders and monitor sales mix by model and channel to inform business decisions
  • Track performance by model and identify market position against competitors to stay ahead in the market
  • Evaluate transaction offers per sales channel to ensure maximum revenue
  • Determine finance strategies to drive business growth
  • Track product lifecycle and launch strategies to stay competitive
  • Track campaign costs against budget to attain targets and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Work with marketing to review new models and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Oversee sales campaigns to ensure successful execution and maximum ROI
  • Monitor success of sales campaigns and retailer performance to inform future strategies
  • Secure incentive spend targets and contribution margin targets are reached to drive business success
  • Ensure campaigns are approved each quarter to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare monthly reports in advance of planning meetings to inform business decisions
  • Analyze stock and create targeted campaigns to maximize profit and drive business growth
  • Budget and cost management to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Good experience with marketing campaigns to develop effective strategies
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including advanced Excel to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills to drive business results
