Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer consideration in the automotive market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading automotive brands, shaping and bringing to market new products and services through excellent marketing communications. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including our European head office, network working groups, and senior management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as brand guardian across full marketing activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation, and working with agency partners.
  • Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
