About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's biggest automotive brands as a Brand Activation Manager at TLP Consultancy Ltd.

You will play a key role in shaping and bringing to market new products and services through excellent marketing communications, which will support the company's profitability over the next few years.

This role involves working with various stakeholders, including our European head office, network working groups, and senior management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Campaigns: Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement Brand Strategy: Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present Quarterly Marketing Plans: Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage Agency Partners: Manage key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as Brand Guardian: Act as brand guardian across full marketing activity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Marketing Mix Expertise: Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation, and working with agency partners.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Project Management: Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
