About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TLP Consultancy Ltd as a Brand Activation Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and bringing to market new products and services through excellent marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present and define quarterly marketing plans to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners, including brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as brand guardian across full marketing activity.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation, and working with agency partners.
  • Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
