About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's biggest automotive brands as a Brand Activation Manager at TLP Consultancy Ltd.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and bringing to market new products and services through excellent marketing communications, which will support the company's profitability over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Campaigns: Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement Brand Strategy: Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present and Define Quarterly Marketing Plans: Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Build Strong Cross-Functional Relationships: Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage Agency Partnerships: Manage key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as Brand Guardian: Act as brand guardian across full funnel marketing activity.
Requirements
  • Experience in Marketing: Experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in Project Management: Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
