Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Manager to join our team. As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver key strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness and activate customer consideration through quarterly campaign cycles.
  • Implement brand strategy by leading and aligning all creative assets across owned, paid for, and earned channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Present and define quarterly marketing plans to directors and senior managers.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including performance marketing, go-to-market teams, CRM, and digital.
  • Manage key relationships with agency partners—brand agencies, creative and media agencies.
  • Act as brand guardian across full marketing activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably in the automotive market.
  • Experience of the full marketing mix, including strategy, implementation and working with agency partners.
  • Proven track record of driving active brand preference.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
