The Children's Place | London's Paediatric Multidisciplinary Team is a dynamic and growing private paediatric clinic that is revolutionizing the way professionals collaborate and work together in the private sector of London, United Kingdom to support the development of children between birth to 18 years old.

We are an interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and behavioural analysts who have behaviour analysis as an integral part of our therapy approach. We are well-known for our expertise in supporting children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders, but our focus extends beyond this area.

We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/Team Assistant to join our team. As the Ambassador of First Impressions, you will play a key role in the smooth daily operations of the clinic and dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic financial record keeping
  • Sorting mail and delivering to appropriate team members
  • Scheduling management of the team and therapy rooms – being able to problem-solve scheduling difficulties that arise
  • Responsible for overall organisation of clinic including office, therapy rooms, storage room, etc.
  • Responsible for overall organisation of online data systems

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managing the general clinic
  • Ensuring the clinic is presentable, clean, organised, and tidy
  • Acting as the personal assistant to the founder, clinic manager, and team
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the founder, clinic manager, team, and families
  • Note taking
  • Data entry
  • Assisting the Clinic Manager in daily duties
  • Taking personal responsibility and pride for the quality and timeliness of work and achieving results
  • Ensuring and maintaining patient satisfaction with the services offered by the clinic, including creating a welcoming and patient-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Strong skills with using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
