We are currently looking for a Client Relations Specialist who embodies our dedication to quality, service, and environmental sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients reaching out with inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage bookings and appointments while accurately entering data into the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to handle all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments using our CRM system.
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed to support business operations.
  • Assist in the effective resolution of client inquiries and complaints through both verbal and written communication.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements.
  • Handle challenging, sensitive, and escalated calls to guide clients through their experience.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture to ensure a premium service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with the customer journey process.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a genuine passion for assisting and supporting individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
