ALH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's esteemed sales team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a robust sales background and a proven track record in account management.

Role Overview: As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through innovative data-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing data analytics to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Empowering clients in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, to effectively reach their target audience through tailored advertising strategies.
  • Consulting with clients on leveraging data for measurable returns on investment.
  • Developing and presenting data-centric sales strategies.
  • Maximizing revenue opportunities across a diverse portfolio of products and services.
  • Evaluating campaign effectiveness through data analysis.
  • Fostering enduring relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service.
  • Pre-selling subscription services to enhance our data-as-a-service offerings.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a high-achieving sales professional who:

  • Possesses experience in data-driven media and account management.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and a knack for converting data into actionable strategies.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Can effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Has experience with data management tools such as CRMs or marketing automation systems.
  • Displays strong commercial awareness and a passion for sales.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a bonus scheme, company pension, health and wellness programs, private medical and dental insurance, and more.

Work Environment: The sales team typically operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
