PE Global is seeking an Industrial Sales Account Executive for our client specializing in industrial machinery manufacturing. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and addressing needs and challenges within the designated territory.
  • Set and achieve expectations; deliver outcomes, propose alternative strategies, and make prompt decisions.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Implement decisions to support and grow product sales, improve dealer performance, drive overall segment expansion, enhance new product introduction processes, and refine warranty policies.
  • Manage OEM Product Support accounts.
  • Oversee Distributor Product Support accounts.
  • Administer Dealer Product Support accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service account management, preferably in off-highway sectors.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in high-level customer interactions.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
