Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Jungheinrich. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Material Handling Equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the Material Handling Equipment or Capital Equipment industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
