Location: Hybrid working model available.
A Day in the Role of a Customer Account Administrator
- Processing sales orders through our proprietary SAP system.
- Managing hospital orders while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures for controlled distribution products.
- Maintaining the system to ensure orders are prepared for release, reviewing order blocks, and providing feedback to the Customer Account Executive.
- Identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies in collaboration with the responsible Customer Account Executive, ensuring accurate pricing is applied before warehouse release.
- Engaging in daily communication with the Demand Management team regarding demand forecasts, customer reserves, EOQ, and OMRS.
- Collaborating with the broader team to assist with stock allocations and releases.
- Working alongside our UK Quality team to process new complaints in our internal system (Trackwise), ensuring top-tier service for all patient and healthcare professional interactions via phone and email.
- Conducting analysis and data interrogation.
- Managing the UK general inquiries inbox, responding to and triaging inquiries in accordance with established timelines and procedures.
- Overseeing new account setups and amendments in SAP, ensuring all licensing and banking information is accurate and documented.
- Creating customer licenses in compliance with MHRA guidelines.
