Fleet Operations Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday
This essential role is part of the Fleet / Maintenance & Hire division, providing vital support to the team in managing breakdowns and administrative functions related to fleet operations. A solid grasp of breakdown procedures within the vendor network is highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities of the Fleet Operations Administrator:
- Breakdown Oversight: Ensuring prompt follow-up on all breakdown incidents for swift resolutions.
- Data Management: Entering maintenance and repair information into the Fleet Management (FM) system.
- Tyre Data Management: Updating and maintaining tyre records within the FM system.
- Call Management: Handling incoming calls concerning HGV breakdowns and providing necessary assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting other teams with call management, fleet maintenance scheduling, and various administrative duties.
- VOR Monitoring: Keeping track of and updating Vehicle Off Road (VOR) durations.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with a group of Fleet Maintenance Support Advisors.
- Relevant Background: Prior experience in an administrative role is highly beneficial.
- Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of lookups and pivot tables.
- IT Skills: Competent in using internal systems, Outlook, and general IT applications.
- Industry Insight: Familiarity with the fleet/HGV sector or commercial vehicle industry is a plus.
