About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Officer to join our team at CMS Distribution. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our People Operations Compliance Manager in driving the future direction of our ESG practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration, research, and presentations to Senior Directors and the wider business, new process roll outs, and coordination support, alongside ESG and Compliance Project Management from start through to completion.
  • Focus on the Carbon Footprinting Project and social best practices and compliance initiatives across the business.
  • Support the People Operations Compliance Manager to steer the future direction of CMS's ESG practices and enhance our reputation and relationships with investors, customers, suppliers, employees, and government agencies.
  • Drive the collection, organisation, and analysis of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with various functions across the business to gather information, understand competing priorities, and build relationships across departments.
  • Travel to other CMS locations in the UK, Ireland, and internationally as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' office administrator experience from an ESG background.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
  • Creative thinking.
