Job Title: ESG Data Specialist

At CMS Distribution, we are seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze ESG data to meet global reporting and communication needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various departments across the business to gather information and support ESG initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of key processes and policies across the CMS Group.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Compliance Manager to steer the future direction of CMS's ESG practices and enhance our reputation and relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an ESG background, preferably in an office administrator role.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Emotional intelligence, task-driven, and time management skills.
