Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE Sales Director to lead our dedicated team across the company. Your primary focus will be on developing and retaining new business, driving profitability through strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring the success of our meetings and events offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue generation within the MICE sector.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, association, and event planning industries.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our exceptional facilities and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including operations, marketing, and catering, to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the MICE market.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a similar sales leadership role within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of the MICE market, including client needs, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
