About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our Edinburgh and Edinburgh City hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Lead the inquiry process and ensure effective communication across departments
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the General Managers and National Sales Director to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starting and proactive approach
