About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Parker Place. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering sales of residential property in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth and profitability through the sale of residential properties in the Edinburgh area.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure future instructions and business.
  3. SOURCE, PITCH FOR, AND SECURE NEW BUSINESS through developing relationships with potential clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both face-to-face and through various communication channels.
  5. Meet with clients to provide a tailored service and progress sales to completion.
  6. Liaise with solicitors and keep all parties informed throughout the sales process.
  7. Provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
  8. Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to stay informed about relevant markets and new business opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations, including KYC responsibilities.

Person Specification

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Have in-depth local knowledge of Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
  3. Possess excellent negotiating and rapport-building skills.
  4. Have experience leading pitches and securing new business.
  5. Have a thorough understanding of the residential sales process.
  6. Be familiar with relevant regulations and AML/KYC procedures.
  7. Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, colleagues, clients, and agents.
  8. Exhibit a commitment to high standards and providing a quality service.
  9. Have a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
  10. Possess a composed manner and ability to work under pressure.
  11. Have strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  12. Exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
  13. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  14. Be able to work well as part of a team and self-motivate.
  15. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
