Job Title: Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Parker Place. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
