Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Parker Place. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals in the residential property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Parker Place remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
